It is Claim Assist's goal to make our service as accessible and affordable as possible to everyone who has a claim declined, needs assistance in completing and submitting a claim, or requires a second opinion on an insurance company decision.

Initial Contact and Discussion

I will determine if I can assist and provide a quote.

No charge

Level One

Obtain and review the insurance company claim files and report to client – depending on insurer and complexity of claim

$550–$800

Level Two 

To review, submit and negotiate on your behalf. I offer a flat one-off fee or an hourly rate.

$180 per hour

Level Three

Complex Commercial Claims 

Broker claims that may require lengthy settlement negotiations or processes.

$150 per hour by agreement
